That is a great
opportunity and
you should move
in with your offers.
Some towns / cities
have to cut back
on some necessary
community services
because of lack
of funding. A township
in New Jersey was
asked to cut back
on busing kids to
school due to lack
of funding.
Another
city had to close
down 2 firehouses
due to lack of funding.
You can present
the town / city
with an opportunity
to raise money by
renting you township
owned land for outdoor
advertising. Offer
them the 50-50 deal.
You pay 50% of the
rental revenue to
the town/city. You
will surprised how
many will say yes
(depending on your
geographical area).
